The People Democratic Party (PDP) Youth Ambassadors in Osun State have lauded Governor Ademola Adeleke for his impressive performance two years after winning his election in the state.
Recall that Adeleke defeated former governor Adegboyega Oyetola in the July 16, 2022 governorship election in the state.
The PDP Youth Ambassadors in a statement signed by the Convener, Comrade Oluwasegun Ige (Ebby) thanked Osun people for making a bold choice and for believing in Senator Adeleke in spite of the challenges.
Ige noted that the Adeleke’s administration has not disappointed as he has achieved remarkable milestones in a short period.
The statement reads, “The good people of Osun State,
Today marks a momentous occasion in our history as a people. Two years ago, July 16th, 2022, you made a bold choice that set us on a path towards light, hope, and progress.
” You chose to believe in a brighter future and elected Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke as Governor. Despite the challenges, you stood strong and cast your vote for the Peoples Democratic Party.
“We, in the Osun PDP Youth Ambassadors, are proud to address you today, basking in the outstanding performance of Ademola Adeleke and grateful for your trust in his vision.
“So far, the Asiwaju Ademola Adeleke administration has not disappointed , he has achieved remarkable milestones in a short period of time.
“We thank each and every one of you for your unwavering support. As promised in the 5-point agenda during the electioneering period, Asiwaju Adeleke has worked tirelessly to improve the welfare of workers and pensioners, boost the state’s economy, implement home-grown infrastructure policies, and provide people-focused education, affordable healthcare, security, and social welfare. He has also championed agro-based industrialization for wealth and job creation.
