2027 Ogun Central Senatorial Hopeful, Dr. Emmanuel Olusola Soyoola, on Wednesday met with the Apex Leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abeokuta North Local Government, in continuation of his ongoing consultations.
Dr. Soyoola was received by the leaders amid fanfare and warm welcome.
At the gathering, the medical doctor formally declared interest to contest for the Ogun Central Senatorial ticket in 2027.
He assured the APC leaders quality representation and will always make himself available at all times.
Soyoola posited that he had visited all other five LGAs in Ogun Central senatorial district and has listened to the needs of the people which will be properly addressed when he emerges as Senator. He appreciated the leaders for taking out of their precious time to honour his invites.
The Senatorial aspirant promised to donate a high capacity generator to Abeokuta North Local Government APC Secretariat
Leaders present at the meeting include; APC chairperson of Abeokuta North, Alhaja Faidat Sarumi, APC State Organizing Secretary, Hon. Adekunle Igwe, Alhaji Fatai Ajigbare, State Executive on physical challenge, leading leader Hon. Adekunle Adesina, Chief Bode Mustapha, Engr. Olaseni Ayorinde, Hon. Commissioner for forestry, Engr. Taiwo oludotun (twinny) FNSC, Hon. Akeem Oluseye, SSA to Governor on IT, Vice Chairman Abeokuta North Local Government, Hon. Taiwo Egbeyemi, former chairman Abeokuta North Local Government, Hon. Sunday Akintona and Hon. Engr. Agbaakin Taofeek, and other leaders across the local government.
In his address, Hon. Adelani Igwe applauded Dr. Soyoola for the bold steps he took while encouraging him to do more for his name to spread across all the 6 Local Governments of Ogun Central.
The Organising Secretary referred to Dr. Soyoola as a man of integrity and humility.
Also, the Osi of Egbaland, Chief Bode Mustapha, encouraged him not to detard on his movements, noting that the sky’s the limit.
Engr. Adekunle Adesina maintained that Dr. Soyoola is a son of the soil, tracing his root to Abeokuta North Local Government.
He prayed and advised him to maintain his good name.
The APC chairperson, Alhaja Faidat also encouraged him to make sure he stretched his hands to all party leaders, Executives and all members within Ogun Central senatorial district.
