The proposal allocates ₦1.71 billion for recurrent expenditure and ₦3.10 billion for capital projects, including road construction, school and hospital upgrades, and other developmental initiatives across Modakeke and its environs.

The budget prioritizes infrastructure, education, healthcare, youth empowerment, and administrative efficiency, with assurances of fiscal responsibility and inclusive governance.
