A former Students’ Union Government Secretary of Osun State College of Technology, Esa-Oke, Comrade Salmah Arogundade who was abducted by kidnapers has been released.
According to sources, Arogundade was released from captivity at the early hour of Tuesday.
She was kidnapped on Saturday, December 21, 2024 along Abuja-Lokoja road while sum of N100,000,000 was demanded for her release.
But according to a source who spoke with BEYOND AFRICA on Tuesday, no ransom was paid for her release.
“She has been released but we didn’t paid any ransom. We thank everyone for their support and prayers,” the source said.
