A former aspirant of Ogun State House of Assembly in Abeokuta North Local Government, Hon. Akeem Oluseye (HAO) has hailed Governor Dapo Abiodun for his landmark achievement on the Agro-Cargo International Airport build in the state.

Oluseye, a youth mobiliser while commending Governor Abiodun for the feat in a statement by his media unit said history will be kind to him.

Recall that Governor Abiodun while speaking at the 13th Gateway International Trade Fair breakfast meeting with business communities on Tuesday at the Mitros Residences, GRA, Abeokuta said the Airport will begin scheduled and non-scheduled flights in the next few weeks.

The Governor noted that the approval process to get the airport running has reached an advanced stage, with the approval expected in few days’ time.

Meanwhile, Oluseye in the statement said the kick-off of the airport will boost the economic of Ogun State and increase her Internal Generated Revenue (IGR).

In his words: “We must give a big kudos to our amiable governor for this feat. He has kicked the ground running since his first day in office. History will be kind to him.

“With this project, the economy of Ogun state will compete with Lagos State and also increase our Internet Generated Revenue (IGR). We must a party loyalists and indigene of the state continue our support for him”.
