It was an epoch-making event when the Abeokuta North Local Government Legislative Council Symbol of Authority was unveiled on July 17, 2024.
The project was funded by one of our future leaders of Ogun State politics, Hon. Akeem Oluseye. This is in a bid to give the LG secretariat a facelift.
Oluseye on two different occasions contested for the Abeokuta North LGA Chairmanship seat and Ogun State House of Assembly ticket at the last general elections.
Losing the tickets did not deter him from contributing his quota towards the development of the party at the grassroot level. He supports the party from his personal pocket whenever the need arises.
The commissioning of the legislative symbol of authority was done by the APC Chairperson, Alhaja Faidat Akintunde Sarumi.

Sarumi, while unveiling the project alongside the 16 Councillors, commended Oluseye for his immense contributions to the progress of the party at the grassroot.
