……As Monarch Calls For Rehabilitation Centre For Drug Users
The Chairman of Boripe local government, Hon. Wasiu Babalola has allocated an office accomodation to the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, Osun Command.
This was carried out during a courtesy visit to the Chairman’s office by a team of Osun NDLEA officers led by the Area Commander, Samson Oladipo on Wednesday.
Babalola also led the team to the palace of Aragbiji of Iragbijiland, Oba Abdulrasheed Ayotunde who showed happiness about the new office allocated to the NDLEA.
Oba Ayotunde stressed the need for such an office at this crucial time while soliciting for logistics from the chairman so the office can kick start immediately.
He further agitated that NDLEA rehabilitation center which can accommodate drug users be provided so as to reduce frequent court issues and encourage vocational training for drug users benefits.
The Area Commander appreciated the kind gestures of the LGA Chairman and the monarch.
