A suspected kidnapper, Auwalu Haruna has been accused of impregnating his 20-year-old woman hostage.
According to report, Haruna has been traced and arrested by the police from the Yobe State command in Kano State.
The spokesman of the police in Yobe, DSP Dungus Abdulkarim disclosed this to journalists on Wednesday.
Abdulkarim said the suspect, a self-proclaimed marabout, allegedly used charm to abduct the victim.
Abdulkarim said the suspect was arrested after Tarmuwa Division received a complaint from one Alhaji Mohammed Kellu that his daughter was abducted by the suspect.
He further said that following a search, the victim was found in the suspect’s custody in Anguwan Arewa in Gaya LGA of Kano State.
