A chairmanship aspirant in Abeokuta North Local Government, Hon. Akeem Oluseye has vowed to run a people-friendly government if considered for the seat.
Oluseye, an IT consultant and businessman, stated this in a press statement made available to newsmen in Abeokuta on Saturday, August 31, 2024.
According to Oluseye, his vision and mission for the people of Abeokuta North is to embark on people-oriented programmes.
He restated his readiness to welcome developmemal ideas from various stakeholders in the LG while promising to deliver more dividends of democracy to the people.
According to him, “We are ready to partner with various stakeholders within and beyond Abeokuta North for the benefits of our people. We will welcome developmental ideas from individuals. This, we believe, will contribute more to our progress as an LGA.
“Also, we will embark on people-oriented programs. We are going to institutionalise a people-friendly government to connect more to the grassroot and deliver the best of administration they have been yearning for.”
