The New Nigeria Mandate (NNM), Osun State Chapter, has commended Hon. Francis Damilare Eniade, All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Ifelodun/Boripe/Odo-Otin Federal Constituency, for his commitment to community development through the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the Ikirun Garage Roundabout and Cottage Roundabout in Ikirun.
The organisation described the intervention as a demonstration of the importance of community-focused initiatives in improving local infrastructure, enhancing the environment and supporting economic activities for residents and businesses.
In a press statement signed by its Osun State President, Com. Oluwole Olutunde Aboke, NNM said Eniade’s efforts underscored the need for public-spirited leaders to invest in projects that address the needs of their communities.
While commending the APC candidate for the initiative, the organisation urged him to sustain his commitment to grassroots development and extend his engagement to youths and students across the federal constituency.
It noted that young people remained an important part of the constituency’s civic life, stressing the need to address their concerns through practical initiatives in education, skills acquisition, employment and empowerment.
NNM added that sustained community development required consistent engagement with residents, accountability and initiatives that reflected the aspirations of the people.
The organisation also called on Eniade to maintain open communication with residents of Ifelodun, Boripe and Odo-Otin, urging him to prioritise the interests of youths, students and other community members in his public service agenda.
It expressed the belief that sustained investment in local infrastructure and people-centred initiatives would strengthen public confidence and contribute to the development of the constituency.
