…… Commends Gov. Abiodun’s Efforts On Food Security
The Ogun state Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun have been commended for his productive policies on food security as the nation is faced with inflated cost of food.
The commendation came from Hon. Akeem Oluseye, a chieftain of All Progressive Congress (APC) in Abeokuta North and one time aspirant of the state House of Assembly.
Oluseye in a release sent to infolitenews online said the Governor has displayed readiness to ensure food security and in support of the agricultural resurgence initiative of the federal government.
According to him,” the allocation of farmland to all 25 members of the state House of Assembly as efforts to ensure food security is a move to take the food security campaign to the grassroots, who played a key role in food production in our state.
“I called on the good people of Ogun state, to key into the agricultural policies of this administration, as it will provide economic empowerment to the grassroots people, and make the state a food secured people.”
Also, the business mogul and IT expert called on youth to take advantage of government initiative to invest in Agriculture, in making our state the food basket of south-west.
