Teachers’ Day: ‘We Have Executed Recommendations of 2023 Education Summit’ – Osun TESCOM Chair

The Chairman, Osun State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM, Comrade Tope Mustapha, has disclosed that the commission under his leadership has executed the recommendations of the 2023 education summit in the state.

According to Mustapha, TESCOM, since he came on board has undergone radical transformation.

He said the commission had also provided unprecedented salary increments, and eliminated the psychological trauma of stagnation and deprivation.

He made this known in a statement issued to commemorate the 2025 Teachers’s day.

Teachers are the most valuable treasures that beautify any serious nation, and their role in promoting social progress and building character is indispensable.

“Under the leadership of His Excellency Senator Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke, the Executive Governor of Osun State, the Osun State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) under my selfless leadership has undergone radical transformation. We’ve executed the recommendations of the 2023 education summit, gazzetted by the executive council of the state, provided unprecedented salary increments, and eliminated the psychological trauma of stagnation and deprivation.”
