‎The Ogun State House of Assembly Aspirant representing Abeokuta North state constituency Hon. Taofeek Oladayo Ogunjimi , has extended warm felicitations to the Muslim Ummah in Abeokuta North, Ogun State, Nigeria, and across the world on the joyous occasion of Eid-el-Fitr.

‎In his Eid message, Hon. Ogunjimi described the celebration as a significant moment that marks the successful completion of the holy month of Ramadan, a sacred period devoted to fasting, prayer, sacrifice, and total submission to the will of Almighty Allah. He commended Muslim faithful for their steadfast devotion, discipline, and commitment throughout the Ramadan period, praying that Almighty Allah accepts their prayers, supplications, and acts of charity, and rewards them abundantly.

‎Ogunjimi also called on the people of Ogun State to use the lessons of Ramadan, love, unity, patience, sacrifice, and compassion, as guiding principles for building a more peaceful, progressive, and prosperous state. “We must remain united in our collective commitment to the development of Ogun State. As citizens, we are the sculptors while Ogun remains the clay; together, we can shape the future we desire through cooperation, peace, and responsible civic engagement,” he stated.

‎The Ogun House of Assembly aspirant further urged residents of the state to continue supporting the administration of Governor Governor Dapo Abiodun, while also offering prayers for divine guidance, wisdom, and strength for the governor as he continues to deliver the dividends of democracy to the people.

‎He emphasized that sustained support and prayers for the governor’s leadership will help consolidate the developmental strides already being recorded across the state and pave the way for greater progress. Ogunjimi concluded by praying that the blessings, lessons, and joy of Eid-el-Fitr remain with all citizens, wishing the Muslim Ummah and all Nigerians a peaceful and joyous celebration.
