The Osun State Chapter of the Osun State Polytechnic Alumni Association (OSPAA) has elected a new set of executives, with Comrade Abosede Busayo Oluwaseun, popularly known as Safety, emerging as the new State Chairman.
The election, which produced the new executive, was held on Sunday, 27th September 2026, in Osogbo, the Osun State capital.
Other members elected into the executive include Abiola Abiodun Niniola as Vice Chairman; Olowu Emmanuel as Secretary; Mojeed Jamiu as Assistant Secretary; Adekunle Idris as Public Relations Officer; Ojo Kehinde Hassan as Financial Secretary; Oluwatosin Aremu as Social Director; and Abdullahi Abiodun Yusuf as Treasurer.
Members at the meeting also appreciated the immediate past Chairman, Hon. Babarinde Funsho, for his leadership and service to the association during his two consecutive terms as State Chairman. He was also unanimously ratified as an Ex-Officio member of the new executive.
Comrade Abosede Seun previously served as the National Chairman of the Association’s Electoral Committee and, until his election as State Chairman, was the State Secretary of OSPAA.
