The Chairman of Osioyemi Community in Odeda Local Government Area of Ogun State, Comrade Alameen Akinsola, has begun mobilising grassroots support for the All Progressives Congress governorship candidate, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, popularly known as Yayi, and the party’s House of Representatives candidate for Abeokuta/Odeda/Obafemi-Owode Federal Constituency, Olumide Osoba, ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Speaking at a recent community meeting, Akinsola urged residents to support the APC candidates, expressing optimism that their election would facilitate development in the area.
He called on community members to mobilise voters and encourage eligible residents to participate in the electoral process.
“Our priority in the coming election is to vote for Senator Yayi, Olumide Osoba and other APC candidates. I believe their victory will bring progress to this community,” Akinsola said.
He stressed the importance of grassroots participation in the forthcoming elections, urging residents to remain actively involved in the political process
Akinsola’s mobilisation effort highlights the role of community leaders in engaging residents and rallying local support for political candidates ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The meeting formed part of efforts to galvanise support for APC candidates at the grassroots level in Odeda Local Government Area.
